Does SeatGeek handle ticket issues well?

Buying event tickets online always feels like a gamble—sometimes it’s smooth, other times you end up with unexpected fees or delivery issues. I’ve seen SeatGeek recommended a lot, but I want to know if they actually handle customer concerns properly. Has anyone had to reach out to SeatGeek customer service for missing tickets, refunds, or last-minute problems?

I bought tickets for a concert through SeatGeek, and everything looked fine until I checked my account and saw nothing there. After a bit of digging, I reached out to customer service, which I found through SeatGeek reviews, and they were able to resend the tickets. Took a little longer than I expected, but in the end, it worked out. Best advice? Always confirm your tickets show up in your account well ahead of time so you’re not dealing with stress right before the event.
