How does CGC handle card grading issues?

Getting trading cards graded is supposed to increase their value, but the process can be nerve-wracking if something goes wrong. I’ve been thinking about sending in some cards to CGC, but I want to know how they handle customer concerns. Has anyone had to deal with CGC Cards customer service for delays, regrades, or damaged cases? Was it an easy fix, or did it take a lot of back and forth?

Sent in a few cards for grading and was excited to get them back, but the turnaround time took longer than expected. Checked CGC Cards https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/cgc-cards/customer-service.html to follow up on my submission, and while the wait time on the call wasn’t short, the rep was helpful in giving me a status update. The slabs came back looking great, but if you’re in a hurry, just know that processing times can vary.
