How does PerfectServe handle tech issues?

Healthcare communication tools need to be fast and reliable, but not every platform delivers when it matters most. I’ve been looking into PerfectServe, but before committing, I want to know how their support team handles problems. Has anyone had to contact PerfectServe customer service for login issues, delayed messages, or troubleshooting? Did they fix it quickly, or was it a long wait?

Middle of a long shift, needed to send an urgent message, and boom locked out of my account. No warning, just an error message. Went looking for perfectserve phone number to get some real-time support. Took a little patience to get a rep on the line, but once I did, they walked me through a reset. The system worked fine after that, but losing time on something like this during work is rough. Now I make sure to stay logged in and keep a backup plan in case it ever happens again.
